Feedback




All great leaders need to seek input/feedback, but rather waiting to look at what you could have done better take a future focused approach and start asking people what they want to see more of from you, what’s the edge they see for you. As with any feedback you have a choice to listen or lose it. It’s simply a data point you can use as you continue to grow as a leader.


Remember, feedback is a data point on your leadership journey, and you have the power to choose which insights to embrace and apply. Engage with your team, listen to their perspectives, and keep pushing your boundaries.
